Personal trainingI prefer to let the barbells gather dust in the gym and I’m a big believer in exercise being functional, fun and accessible in your own space – be that outdoors or in your own home (space, kids and pets permitting!)

I am particularly interested in ante and post-natal exercise and I hold a specific qualification for working with mums-to-be and new mums. I also like working with the ‘gym phobic’ – get in touch if that sounds like you.
