Pregnancy massageWith your body changing by the day, aches and pains are common during pregnancy and a massage can work wonders on an achey back or swollen legs from a growing bump. A pregnancy massage is also great for relaxation – for both mum and bump!

I can bring along my massage couch, a swiss ball or use a chair to help you find the most comfortable positioning.

As well as more general massage qualifications, I hold an FHT pregnancy massage qualification, and am also a personal trainer qualified to train mums-to-be and new mums, for those interested in exercising while pregnant or who want a helping hand getting back into shape following the birth.
